Monika is very passionate about the work she does as she has discovered these specific modalities in her own health and wellness journey. Monika knows what it is like to feel completely burnt out and tossed around the medical system.

Since she was a little child, she has been tapped into the energies of the dimensions. She found herself in a heightened state of awareness… dealing with bullying and torment, chronic illness, inner family system addiction, sexual assault, domestic abuse and violence, and almost crossing the rainbow. Not knowing how to express herself and advocate her needs, her senses started to heighten and her nervous system and body started to store and manifest into more illnesses. Tossed around in the medical system, not believed or heard, constant misdiagnosis and mistreatments sunk her into a state of being completely disconnected from herself. In the past 13 years, a spark of energy ignited over her, drawing her up to remove the cloud over her head and advocate for herself. To start the path of healing and live her life full of joy, kindness, love, gratitude, and compassion. She stands today, continuing to invest in her own health and wellness along with developing her gifts with her cosmic team.

Monika’s mission is to close the loop in health and wellness plans by her tailored approach with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Solfeggio Tuning Forks, Elemental Chimes, Gongs, the cosmos, tarot, and meditation. Monika is trauma-informed educated and values integrity and authenticity in the work that she does.
